I have been having issues with my Microsoft Office professional plus – everytime I open any program, it becomes unresponsive and crashes. I figured I had messed something up, so I went to uninstall the program and reinstall it, however I am unable to uninstall office.
This was the closest so far – I was able to get the installation running again, but then the installation froze and crashed. When I tried to run it again it said “another installation is already in process , and Running in Safe Mode , along with some other things.
So far there is no luck. Aside from throwing my computer out of the window, I am not sure how to fix this problem. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

Since installation getting stuck, uninstall Office by running Fix it from the article given in the previous post then s tart the computer in a Clean boot state and try to reinstall Office.
