Period Adda is a holistic menstrual health education program meant to support communities and organizations in developing menstrual health and advocacy based interventions and awareness programs.
My Body My Rights is our comprehensive gender and sexuality education program. It is a curriculum based capacity building program meant for parents, teachers, educators and organizational staff who work with adolescents and young persons.
Launched in 2023, Project Tamanna is an initiative under the larger My Body My Rights Program. It is a knowledge building program in government schools in and around Kolkata that aims to work with adolescents in school and classroom set up to initiate conversations around safety, child rights, digital safety, sexual and reproductive health, menstrual health literacy.
Project Priyo, an initiative by Rangeen Khidki Foundation, is dedicated to celebrating and amplifying stories at the intersection of caste, religion, marginalisation, and queerness.
Rangeen Khidki Foundation has a rich experience in building the capacities of organisations and institutions in key areas such as gender, sexuality, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a strong foundation in intersectional feminist practices.
Rangeen Khidki’s Period Adda Program has been working with a group of 14 adolescent girls from the Goalbati Village in South 24 Paraganas District, West Bengal since 2021. This program aims to capacitate young change makers who will go forward and lead changes within themselves and their communities. This documentary captures the story of such resilient girls who are committed to bring about change in the society and the way it perceives menstruation. This is the story of Brave Power Girls.
